This 49 m2 apartment with a balcony, facing east, is the ideal place for your family or friends' vacation. New residence located at the foot of the ski slopes next to the Chamois ski lift, ski-in/ski-out, 5-minute walk to the resort center.
Perfect for 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160X200cm) and another with two twin beds, 90cm wide. This room is equipped with a television.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed in 160cm, a coffee table, and a connected television.
The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.
The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, a combination microwave, a pod coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes.
The shower room includes a washer-dryer, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate, a cordless stick vacuum, table and iron are at your disposal.
The ski locker is located on the ground floor and is designed to store your equipment. A parking space is assigned to you in the basement, on level -1, with elevator access.
The apartment was fully furnished with new furniture in 2019 and has an individual wifi internet connection.
The French Ski School is 10 minutes walking distance. The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.
In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the Chamois chairlift, with many hiking trails and an aquatic center open during school holiday periods.
The restaurant bar brasserie of Granges, "Le Kaktuss", welcomes you all day long during the seasons, where you can enjoy the fireplace corner in winter.
