Description
This 49 m2 apartment with balcony, facing east, is the ideal place for your holidays with family or friends. New residence located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski-in ski-out, access to the resort center 5 minutes on foot.
Perfect for 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a "queen size" bed (160X200cm) and another with two twin beds, 90cm. This room is equipped with a TV.
The living room is equipped with a 160cm sofa bed, a coffee table, and a smart TV.
The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people.
The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a combined microwave, a coffee pod machine, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and all necessary dishes.
The shower room includes a washer-dryer, heated towel rail and hairdryer. The toilets are separate, cordless vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are at your disposal.
The ski locker is on the ground floor, and is equipped to store your equipment. A parking space is allocated to you in the basement, on floor -1, with elevator access.
The apartment was fully equipped with new furniture in 2019 and has an individual wifi internet connection.
The French Ski School is a 10-minute walk away. The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season
In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the Chamois chairlift, many hikes and an aquatic center open during school vacation periods.
The restaurant bar brasserie des Granges, "Le Kaktuss", welcomes you all day during the seasons, you can enjoy the fireplace in winter (www.kaktuss.fr)
The shop of the residence "La Grange aux Skis" offers you for hire: skis, snowboards, snowscoots, sledges, scooters, snowshoes.
