This 40 m2 apartment with a balcony. Apartment for 4 people, has 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and in addition a sofa bed in 140 cm. A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. A living area with a kitchen corner equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and microwave - a washing machine. Storage cupboards. Ski locker. An underground parking is included on the -1 floor with elevator access.
New residence located at the foot of the slopes next to the Chamois chairlift, ski return to the doorstep, station center access 5 minutes on foot, for winter the ESF (French Ski School) is 10 minutes on foot.
In summer, mountain biking is accessible with the same chairlift, with many hiking trails and an aquatic center open during school holiday periods.
The spa is nearby and accessible during the winter season.
The restaurant bar brasserie des Granges Le Kaktuss welcomes you all day long during the seasons, you can enjoy the fireplace area in winter.
The shop of the La Grange aux Skis residence offers for rent: skis, snowboard, snow-scoot, sleds, scooters, snowshoes.

New single storey apartment in Prapoutel equipped for 4 people. Pretty accommodation of 24 m² recently built (delivery March 2021), located at the foot of the ski slopes and at the start of the Chamois chairlift. It has a terrace, covered parking under the chalet, and a ski locker. Convertible sofa bed with real bedding (slat and 160) and bunk beds for children. Small well-equipped American kitchen, microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer space, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill, steam cooker. Large tv, dvd player, stereo, Lift-up coffee table that turns into a high table. No pets accepted, non-smoking apartment.1 review
